My Fun Sons And Their Superdad

With warm weather, two cute energetic boys and one great husband, we had a really fun week. We went everywhere from Temple Square to the Zoo to several museums and parks. My only regret is that I forgot my camera at all destinations except the last one.




The boys even enjoyed an afternoon movie when Ty got the new Bolt DVD.

We also celebrated Jeremy's birthday on Thursday. He was serenaded by Ty, and we didn't even know he knew the Happy Birthday song. Again he amazes us with his incredible feats of memory.

Later that night I surprised Jeremy with some authentic Brazillian food for dinner and a cake decorated by Ty. He is such a great dad and amazing husband. If there ever was a real superman, to me, it's Jeremy. Ok so he's not able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but in any situation, not matter how complicated, he'll find a solution to the problem. Whether it's a sophisticated medical device or a nervous wife stuck in an airport with a 7 week old baby and no ride to the hotel, he swoops in like a superhero and always saves the day. It's so comforting as a wife to know she married someone who will always rescue her and our children from anything that comes our way. And being a genius is helpful too :)

I thank him so much for always providing for and protecting our family. He works so hard to take care of us. He never leaves us questioning where we fall on his list of priorities. He makes me feel like his whole reason for living is to make us happy. When we express an interest, no matter what it is, he becomes and expert in the area and makes it his hobby too so he can make sure we have everything we could ever want or need. He's an example to everyone around him!

And to make his day even better, the ECG device, which he is the principle inventor of, is being submitted to the FDA for approval on his actual birthday...it's a huge milestone for him! The patent application was officially submitted also.
